The film tells the story of a girl named Kanaya (Nagita Slavina) who has just returned from her studies in Melbourne, Australia. Upon returning from there, Kanaya was surprised by his father (Roy Marten) who married a woman of the same age as him, Sofie (Tyas Mirasih). This made Kanaya decide to leave home and on her trip, Kanaya had an accident that had to be treated in a rather spooky hospital. From there Kanaya was terrorized by Sister Ngesot. With the family conflict that occurred and the terror of Sister Ngesot, Kanaya began to get depressed.
